Karang Makassar (Manta Point)
Shallow and mostly undramatic terrain — you come for the mantas, not the reef. Dived as a drift, often stopping at a cleaning station. Confident Open Water divers manage it under guide supervision when conditions allow, though current can pick up to moderate or strong. It takes the daily day-boat fleet from town, so it can be crowded.
