Casa Cenote (Cenote Manati)
A mangrove-lined channel just north of Tulum, roughly 10 minutes from town. Used as the low-stress cenote for divers unsure about overhead environments — it is an open channel rather than a true overhead. A habituated wild crocodile lives here; guides brief divers to keep their distance and treat him as wildlife, not a photo prop. Entrance fee around 250 MXN.
