Ameth (Nusa Laut)

Nusa Laut sits east of Ambon on the way to Banda, and the reef at Ameth is protected by the village rather than by any national designation. Schooling pyramid butterflyfish, whitetips, turtles, and blue-ringed octopus reported on night dives. Visibility can hit 30m but is not dependable year-round.
