Cirkewwa Arch & Reef

Malta's busiest shore-diving base, at the northern ferry point. A shallow reef from 6m leads to a natural arch (the roof of a collapsed cavern) around 12-16m, with the Rozi tug and P29 wreck on the sand at 34m. Beginner-friendly on the reef and arch; the wrecks are deeper. Crowded in summer.
